今年10回目の節目となる
『八王子ヨガ祭り』
10月19日(土) 秋が深まる高尾の里山で開催いたします。
1回目を開催したのは2011年東日本大震災の年の秋でした。
交通が止まり
都内のヨガスタジオが休業したり
在日講師が海外に帰国したり
公共施設も休業したり
東京を離れる知り合いも多い中
先が見えない不安の中で
まだ八王子でヨガする人が珍しかった頃
八王子でヨガスタジオを開いていた
少ない仲間に会いに行き
『こんな時こそヨガを伝えたいね〜』と
意気投合して始まったのでした。
この仲間達からどれだけたくさんのことを学び
豊かな体験と喜びを分かち合ってきたか計り知れません。
歳を重ね、ご縁あって
少しずつ増えた新しい仲間と共に
こうしてまた集い
分かち合えることが何よりの喜びです。
今は大きなヨガフェスも
たくさんありますが
私たちは豊かな自然に囲まれ
神聖な祈りの空気に満たされた
ご縁の深い浄福寺さんで
今年もほっこりと開催いたします。
ぜひこの特別な空間と時間を楽しみに
ヨガ好きな方も、どなたでも
お気軽に遊びに来てくださいね。

色とりどりの生きる力が満ちる
賑やかな秋の里山の山寺で
ヨガして食べてしゃべって
笑って寝転んで過ごす
心豊かな時間。
静かに目を閉じると
瞼の奥には見上げた空の
美しい景色が拡がり心の奥が開いていく。
ありのままの美しさに気づく空間を、

皆んなで創ってまいります。
